Maybe bringing it down from 70 to 60 would be a bit fairer. The player will have keep the streak going between multiple phases of shurikens, regular apples and magic apples, each of which has their own rhythm and requires the player to adjust (along with that awkward pause in between which always messes with your flow). In Trophies room, there are three boards which show your achievement in training, in battles in the arena and the number of. Though perhaps the threshold for the Star Combo medal could be lowered a bit given how difficult the task is. The Statues room is where your defeated enemies’ statues are displayed. The other two medals in melee seem fine in terms of difficulty balance. So my suggestion would be: in order to make the combo Soul Master medal about equal in difficulty to the other two medals in the melee category, either the threshold score should be lowered (ideally around 400/450 or 500 max) or, if keeping the score at 600, the rate at which the game speeds up should be brought down quite a bit. 95% of the time it just registers one keystroke and it's combo over, or if there is a second one it comes way too late. This means that, when I get two shurikens coming from the same side at combo 400+ my run instantly ends, since it's almost impossible for me to hit the keys twice, in a way that's hard enough to register two separate keystrokes and also quick enough to hit both from the same side. Final rank: 2nd place Tiger Claw (Mayan Mystery): 90 points. On my laptop, the keys are a little "heavy", meaning they take a slight bit extra force to register a distinct key press. Final rank: 1st place Warlock (WMAC Arena): 102 points. You can only achieve one per training area, which means you will have to get Combo medals. It's not even that it's too hard per se - it's that the basic controls (having to distinctly press a key for each individual projectile) get extremely awkward if not downright impossible in later waves. In order to achieve these, you must get a total of three Combo medals. Over 30 Arena levels and Survival mode. I feel like I could probably cross into 500 if I have a really lucky run in the 400s, but 600 is probalby too much. Welcome to Soul Town Design your Soul, train him and step into the Arena Unlock new skills, buy new equipment and make your way to the top in this exciting RPG/Training game Features: - 5 fun mini-games to improve your hero’s stats. For reference, on melee I have a best Star Combo of 102 (compared to the 70 you need for Soul Master) and made it all the way to mission 200+ (compared to the requirement of 125), but my high regular combo is still sitting at 474. I feel like the threshold for the Soul Master is a bit too high.
